Parking
Milledgeville was designed to be the new Capital of Georgia and founded in 1803 around a series of beautiful squares and wide streets. It is fun to meander and discover, and difficult to get lost, in our Historic District. One of the best ways to explore Milledgeville is on foot. We recommend parking at the Visitor Center.
Downtown Parking
Downtown Milledgeville offers street parking in front of the businesses as well as designated public parking lots. Some street parking is limited to two hour parking zones and enforced Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm unless otherwise noted.
