A perfect location for a Lake get-away just outside of Milledgeville, GA. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but remote enough to feel like you have escaped the crowds. Private Pool, fenced in yard, private dock, large deck, many recent upgrades make this not just a great place to have fun, but a great place to relax and feel at home. The house is in a quiet subdivision, 1.5 hours from Atlanta, GA and fairly easy to get to. You will find out why they called it Sunset Cove. The sunsets are right across the lake and often have stunning reflections off of the water. At sundown, it is worth pulling up a chair on the dock or deck and just enjoying the view. The dock has plenty of shade and plenty of room for fishing. Recently new renovations include a newly renovated Master Bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanity. In addition, the hall bathroom has been updated with new vanity, shower/bath and faucets. Also new is a 40" tv on the dock so you can watch all your favorite sports or shows while enjoying the view from the dock. Hop on one of the paddle boards or kayaks which are included in the rental. They have 2 of each including ores. Or explore the lake in whatever watercraft you would like to bring. It's a remote part of the lake so there won't be a lot of water traffic. The house is handicap friendly with no stairs to navigate getting into the house or within the house. There are two walk-in showers and the master bathroom is handicap friendly. The yard is completely fenced in so bring your pets too! We only ask that you clean up after your pets. The large deck with screened in area is a great place to relax and enjoy the views.
