Comfort Farms, located in Baldwin County, just a few miles outside of downtown Milledgeville offers a variety of fresh locally sourced produce, meats, and more. Customers may visit the farm's self-service market daily from dawn to dusk. On select Saturdays from March- December, guests can also visit their full-service farmer's markets with seasonally prepared meals. When the market is active, customers may also receive meats via shipping. Special events also take place throughout the year, offering unique ways to explore the farm. The farm is a first-of-its-kind initiative to provide holistic rehabilitation for veterans reentering society. They operate as a non-profit organization that promotes healing through connecting with nature.
