Georgia College Sports

Georgia College’s Athletic Department holds a variety of athletic programs during the fall and spring semesters. They compete at the NCAA Division II level in the Peach Belt Conference. GCSU men’s teams include basketball, baseball, golf, cross-country, and tennis. The women’s teams include basketball, softball, cross-country, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. Basketball season begins in November and ends around early March. Their home games will be held at the Centennial Center near the dorms. Volleyball is also held at the Centennial Center. Golf tournaments are hosted at a variety of different golf clubs in the area including Cuscowilla and Reynolds Landing Golf Club. These courses provide Bobcat golfers with exceptional home venues. Other sporting events are held at West Campus with beautiful state-of-the-art fields.

Are you interested in attending a football game? Georgia Military College has you covered. GMC is a part of the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association and their football season begins in early September. GMC’s other men’s teams include cross country, golf, rifle, and soccer. The women’s teams include cross country, golf, rifle, soccer, and softball. They have a variety of sporting complexes and fields around campus to ensure their teams remain highly competitive.
