Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire. Heat up the grill or watch the water while rocking in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. This location is the most peaceful place in Georgia. They offer kayaks, floats and stand up paddle boards for some downtime. Put your boat in the water or rent one at the marina! The gardens of this home are amazing from the time you park until the time you enter. Once inside you will find repurposed hardwood floors and pine cabin walls. The kitchen is a rustic blue and open to dining and living. Note, that there is no dishwasher. Off the living room is one large bathroom with double sinks and connects to the master. This home has 2 bedrooms, one of which is grandiose and the other small. The master has a 1920s wardrobe for storage, king bed, ugg bedding with flannel sheets in winter and west end velvet with satin sheets in summer. Off the master is a screened in porch with rocking chairs and views of the lake. The smaller bedroom contains a queen bed, washer dryer closet and a side table. Same brands of bedding is provided as in the master. There are rolling storage carts under the bed and a suitcase rack. The owners have carefully decorated this home with a mix of antiques and new to make it unique and beautiful. Whether you want a special place to propose or a getaway for the family they have you covered. Condiments, coffee and some snacks can most likely be found when you arrive as they frequently visit and are open to sharing! At the bottom of the walkway in the yard is a boathouse where thet store kayaks, stand up paddle boards and floats for guests to enjoy.
