Located in East Baldwin County, just outside of Milledgeville, O'Quinn's Mill was built in 1807 by Colonel Thaddeus Holt. The farmhouse was built in 1810 and overlooks the grist mill, 18 acre pond and Town Creek. The newly renovated two-story Farmhouse offers guests 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, an updated kitchen, dining room, and a sunroom with a casual dining space. The Farmhouse has central heating and air for the main level of the home. On the main level, there is a master bedroom with an on-suite. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a half bathroom. There is a window unit located upstairs to cool the room. Outside, you will enjoy an 1,800 sq. ft. pavilion with a TV. Walk the historic grounds and visit the old grist mill across the street. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the observation deck at the pond.
