The Cottage is a modernized 100 year old tenant house with a large attractive shower, kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishes; eating table for four, and TV/DVD. Extra towels and central heat and air. The cottage and property are often described as peaceful, country charm and nature's beauty. The front porch with a view of main house, built in 1873 which the owners restored, pastures, horse grazing, sunrise, or sunset is a favorite of guests. The Cottage is 7 miles from the campus of Georgia College and GMC, and Lake Sinclair 10 minutes away. There is room to bring your boat and plug in to charge battery. No dumping station.
