Admiral’s Retreat is a renovated lakefront home on Lake Sinclair with private water access and outdoor recreation amenities. The property features a private dock, pickleball court, fire pit, and multiple outdoor seating and dining areas, including a deck with lounge seating, a gas grill, and two outdoor dining tables. A game room with shuffleboard and a large TV opens to the patio. The home includes four sleeping areas: one king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one California king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a twin daybed with a trundle. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, parking for up to three vehicles and one boat trailer, and a no-pet policy. The dock includes a 16×20 platform with a 6×30 walkway; water depth ranges from approximately 2 to 4 feet. Boats and jet skis must be launched at a marina or public ramp, with Sinclair Marina and a public ramp located nearby. Guests may tie up at the dock after launching. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property is approximately 1 mile from boat rentals, restaurants, and a liquor store, 1.5 miles from T.D. Cheek Public Fishing Area, 5 miles from Andalusia Farm: Home of Flannery O'Connor, and 9 miles from downtown Milledgeville.
