ABOUT

The 2026 Fishers of Men Berkley Team Series District 1 Championship will bring anglers from across Georgia to Lake Sinclair on October 9th - 10th, 2026, for two days of competitive bass fishing. Hosted by Visit Milledgeville, the championship welcomes qualified teams from all Georgia divisions and will launch daily from Dennis Station Boat Ramp.

Competitors will have the opportunity to practice on Lake Sinclair October 6th - 8th before the tournament begins. A mandatory pre-tournament meeting will be held on October 8th, with official competition taking place October 9th and 10th. Anglers may fish all public waters accessible by boat from the launch site, with the exception of designated off-limits areas, including waters within 100 yards of either boat ramp at Dennis Station and any areas marked "No Trespassing" or "No Fishing" by authorities.

Visitors can expect to see tournament activity centered around Dennis Station Boat Ramp throughout the event, particularly during morning launches and afternoon weigh-ins as teams return from a day on the water. Whether competing or spectating, the championship offers a chance to experience Lake Sinclair as one of Georgia's premier fishing destinations while watching some of the state's top anglers compete for a district title.

Anglers should note that Lake Sinclair will be off limits for tournament competitors September 29th - October 5th, 2026. The entry deadline to avoid late fees is September 1st, with final registration closing at midnight on October 3rd, 2026.
