On Friday, July 10 at 5:15 p.m., Georgia College & State University will host a live reading of the Declaration of Independence on the steps of Georgia’s Old Governor’s Mansion. Guests are invited to gather in this historic setting to hear the nation’s founding document read aloud.
This public reading is held in recognition of America250 and brings together individuals for an evening of reflection and connection in a place closely tied to Georgia’s early state history..
