ATLANTA, Ga. (June 26, 2018) – Southeast Tourism Society has named the Deep Roots Festival one of the STS Top 20 Events in the Southeast October 2019.
This year’s Deep Roots Festival will be held on October 20th. The STS Top 20 Festival and Event Awards have highlighted programs around the Southeast since 1985. 2018 will mark a memorable milestone as the events 15th year! Over the past 14 years the festival has grown the Kids Zone and Arts & Crafts, hosted nationally recognized artists and has even rebranded the festival.
The cultural arts and music festival takes place on a full square block in historic downtown Milledgeville. The festival is home to a plethora of events throughout the day showcasing local, regional, and national talents, artists, and vendors. It beckons travelers from all over offering an antique car show displaying more than 100 classic cars and an artist market with more than 85 vendors featuring their hand-
