This comfortable one bedroom apartment is attached to a single family home and located on the shore of Lake Sinclair. The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy the screened porch nestled among camellias and azaleas over looking the lake. The living room includes a flat screen TV with an XBox 360 and a firestick connected to it. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. The couch in the living room pulls out into a twin bed but is only suitable for a child or youth. The interior of the apartment was designed for an older person so all of the doors are wide with lever type handles. The bathroom shower is a walk-in type with grab bars on both sides. The top of the mattress of the queen bed in the bedroom is 32" off of the floor. The kitchen and living room were renovated in the Summer of 2013. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a two-burner glass topped stove (no oven)-toaster oven available.
