Come to this awesome Lake Sinclair house to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is perfectly situated 10 miles from Milledgeville but secluded enough to feel like you are in paradise. The house is tastefully decorated with multiple lake-side sitting areas and comes with two docks for your lake enjoyment. The living and dining areas are spacious enough to create a lifetime of memories. Come see us, and we will assure you of a 5-star experience. The home sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms and has two levels to gather as a family or sneak away for late afternoon naps. The main level porch includes a table and a comfy setting for family meals and fellowship. There is plenty of room for relaxing here! Our lot slopes to the water which makes it easy to walk to the dock and leaves plenty of room for kids to play, toss around the football and explore. The docks have plenty of parking room to bring your boat! There are chairs on the dock as well as a kayak for your use. The water at the end of the dock is about 6 feet during the day and gets between 6-8 feet later at night as Georgia Power lets in water. Our kitchen is fully equipped with k cup coffee maker, mixer, blender, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, flatware, glassware, dishes, pots/pans, linens, towels, washer/dryer, and basic cooking spices and oils. We will provide a starter set of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. We have flat-screen TV’s throughout the house.
