Welcome to O’Quinn’s Mill Farmhouse — a place to unwind, unplug and focus on the little things.. Located in East Baldwin County, just outside of Milledgeville, O'Quinn's Mill was built in 1807 by Colonel Thaddeus Holt. The family home is next door, and the family owns the property surrounding the farmhouse. They played there as kids, walking and swimming in the creek, fishing, and doing a lot of exploring. The newly renovated two-story Farmhouse offers guests 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, an updated kitchen, dining room, and a sunroom with a casual dining space. The Farmhouse has central heating and air for the main level of the home. On the main level, there is a master bedroom with an on-suite. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a half bathroom. There is a window unit located upstairs to cool the room. Outside, you will enjoy an 1,800 sq. ft. pavilion with a TV. Walk the historic grounds and visit the old grist mill across the street. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the observation deck at the pond. During your stay, the property cannot be used for any unauthorized gatherings or parties. They rent the space separately for weddings and special events. If you would like more information on booking your special event, please contact them. They hope you'll love the location as much as they do, appreciate the history, feel the magic there, and use it to become part of your family’s memories.
