Bring your picnic basket and blanket to join friends of music on the lawn of Georgia's Old Governor's Mansion. In a partnership with Georgia College's Department of Music, Music at the Mansion is presented as a picnic pops concert, featuring various ensembles from the department's vocal and instrumental programs.
Suggested donation of $5 will be accepted, with proceeds benefitting the Mansion and Department of Music. Outside event if weather permits.
At Georgia College, the Friends of Music promotes the music program that benefits the students and community. The Friends of Music fund provides our students the much-needed financial support to help offset the rising cost of tuition.
