Evenings with History Lecture Series hosted by Georgia's Old Capital Heritage Center returns with Southern author, T. M. Brown, sharing the "Return to Sapelo Island and the Randolph Spalding Family Saga." It offers the historical family links between Baldwin & McIntosh Counties which includes the storied Sapelo Island. The more we know about our past, the better prepared we are to forge a better future. Copies of his novel, The Last Laird of Sapelo ($21.95 plus tax) are available at the GOCHC Just Imagine Cottage and will be available during the event. The event is free and 100% of the book sales benefit GOCHC. Otherwise, donations are gratefully accepted..
