Children's Trolley Tour: Happy Birthday, America!

Young riders are invited to celebrate America’s 250th birthday during a special children-friendly trolley tour on Saturday, June 20th at 11:30 a.m. Designed for children ages 3–12, this engaging experience takes place fully aboard Milly the Trolley, with stops at key Milledgeville landmarks.

The tour begins with a children’s book reading that introduces America’s story, followed by a guided trolley ride exploring Milledgeville’s role in American history. Guides share stories about local landmarks and how they contributed to the nation’s past in a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate way.

Following the trolley tour, children will enjoy birthday cake and ice cream and join together to sing “Happy Birthday” in celebration of America’s milestone anniversary. This special edition children’s trolley tour blends learning, storytelling, and celebration into a memorable America250 experience for families.
